HepcoMotion

HepcoMotion develops the GFX Guidance System, a high-end track system providing support and rigidity for Beckhoff's XTS linear transport system. It enables precise, high-duty cycle applications with movers supporting up to 50 N each, speeds up to 4 m/s, acceleration up to 10G, and repeat stop accuracy of ±0.05-0.1mm. The system uses specialized PRT2 and 1-Trak guidance integrated with Beckhoff's linear servo motor technology for independent mover control in complex motion profiles. HepcoMotion partners with Beckhoff and distributes via Bishop-Wisecarver in North America.
