Section 1
Definitions
In these terms, “Robolist.ai”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the website operated at robolist.ai by 67lab Limited (Hong Kong). “You” and “your” refer to any visitor or registered user. The “Service” is the public website, the company dashboards, the API (when released), and any related communications. “Content” means all data, scores, listings, text, images, and media available through the Service. The “Robolist Score” (also referred to as the Product Score) is the algorithmic ranking we publish according to our open methodology.
Section 2
Use Of The Platform
You may use the Service for any lawful purpose, including research, journalism, due diligence, procurement, and personal curiosity. By using it, you agree to comply with applicable laws and these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
The following are not allowed:
- Claiming a company profile you do not have authority to represent, or submitting false information about a company.
- Submitting, soliciting, or coordinating fake or incentivised reviews.
- Using the Service to harass, deceive, defame, or harm other users, companies, or staff.
- Attempting to interfere with the Service's integrity — for example by injecting content into widgets or attempting to manipulate the Robolist Score through inauthentic signals.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.
Section 3
Accounts & Seats
To claim a company profile or use paid features, you create an account and provide an email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Each plan includes a fixed number of admin seats; you may not share a single seat across multiple individuals. We may suspend accounts that appear compromised, abandoned, or used in violation of these terms.
Section 4
Claims & Company Verification
Robolist.ai uses a tiered verification process to confirm that whoever claims a company page is actually authorised to do so. Depending on the signals available we may verify through corporate email domain plus public professional profile, through a name-card or identity check reviewed by us, or through manual know-your-business review. Submitting a claim using a personal email domain or misrepresenting your role is not permitted and may result in immediate removal of the claim and, where appropriate, the account.
A “verified” or “claimed” badge confirms that the account controlling the page passed our verification flow. It is not an endorsement by Robolist.ai of the company's products, financial standing, or business practices, and it does not affect the Robolist Score in any way.
Section 5
User-Submitted Content
When you submit content for a company profile — for example product descriptions, case studies, awards, milestones, media URLs, or contact details — you keep ownership of that content. You grant Robolist.ai a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, translate, and create necessary derivative works of that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This licence ends when you remove the content, except to the extent we have already shared it with users who relied on it (for example archived screenshots or previously sent newsletters).
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or our guidelines, and we may decline to publish content that we cannot reasonably verify.
Lead and inquiry submissions through robot or company pages are forwarded to the relevant company. Robolist.ai is not a party to any transaction or relationship that follows from an inquiry, and makes no guarantee about the value or outcome of any lead.
Section 6
Intellectual Property
Robolist.ai, the Robolist marks and logos, the Robolist Score, our scoring methodology, our category schemas, our editorial copy, and the structured presentation of company and robot pages are protected by intellectual-property laws and remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.
We do not claim exclusive ownership over the underlying public facts about robots — model numbers, payload, reach, runtime, launch year, public pricing, manufacturer name, and similar attributes — which we have aggregated from public sources. You are free to cite, link to, and reference Robolist.ai in any reasonable context. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
Section 7
Open Data & Access
Robolist.ai aggregates publicly available information about commercial robotics products and companies. We believe an open dataset makes the industry better, so access is open by default: read it, cite it, build on it, analyse it, train models on it. We are not going to send you a cease-and-desist for doing the same kind of research that produced this site.
That said, the Service runs on shared infrastructure, and abusive traffic patterns — bursts that degrade the experience for other users, attempts to bypass authentication, or traffic targeting non-public surfaces — may be rate-limited, blocked at the network layer, or routed through honeypot endpoints. A public Data API is on the roadmap; once available, large-volume consumers are encouraged to use it.
If you are a company listed on Robolist.ai and would like the listing corrected or removed, write to support@robolist.ai. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Our open-data position above applies to public product information aggregated from third-party sources. It does not extend to user-submitted profile content licensed to us under section 5, buyer lead data, AI chat transcripts on private dashboards, or any data behind authentication. We do not train our own models on user-submitted content without consent.
Section 8
Subscriptions & Billing
Robolist.ai is free to browse, free to claim a company profile, and free for buyers and researchers. Optional paid plans unlock analytics, lead capture, custom widgets, and AI chat trained on the company's own materials.
- Plans are billed annually as a one-off charge through Airwallex. There are no auto-renewals at this time — when your annual term ends you'll be invited to renew. Email support@robolist.ai to change or cancel a plan.
- You may cancel at any time from the company dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
- Pro-rated refunds for unused time are granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@robolist.ai within seven days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.
- Promotional first-year pricing, when offered, renews at the listed standard rate. The renewal rate is shown on the Pricing page and in your dashboard before each renewal.
- We may change plan features, pricing, or limits with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers, sent to the email on file.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features. Public listing pages remain live but revert to the free-tier presentation.
Section 9
Disclaimers & AI Outputs
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep the data accurate and the platform reliable, but we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, that every listing is current, or that every fact reproduced from a third-party source is correct. Robolist Scores are informational and are not investment, procurement, or professional advice.
Where the Service includes AI-generated output — for example chat responses trained on a company's public materials — those outputs are produced by language models and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify anything that matters before relying on it. AI-generated content is clearly labelled where it appears.
Do not rely on Service content — including AI chat output, Robolist Scores, or scraped specifications — as the sole basis for safety-critical, regulatory, certification, or compliance decisions. Always verify against the manufacturer's authoritative documentation and any applicable standard or regulator.
Sponsored placements, when present, are clearly labelled and never influence the organic Robolist Score or the leaderboard order in non-sponsored contexts.
Section 10
Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robolist.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) HKD 1,000 or (b) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Robolist.ai and its officers, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) content you submit to the Service, (b) your use of the Service in violation of these terms or applicable law, or (c) your representation of a company you do not have authority to represent.
Section 11
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Closing a paid subscription is described in section 8.
We may suspend or terminate access — to a feature, to an account, or to a company profile — if we believe in good faith that you have violated these terms, that an account has been compromised, that payment is overdue, or that continued access would expose us or another user to legal or security risk. Where the situation allows, we will give notice and a chance to remedy first.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections concerning user-content licence (5), intellectual property (6), disclaimers (9), liability and indemnification (10), governing law (12), export controls (13), and the general provisions (15) survive termination.
Section 12
Governing Law, Changes & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Service, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site and, for active paid subscribers, by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

Section 13
Export Controls & Lawful Use
You are responsible for complying with the export-control, sanctions, and trade laws that apply to you. By using the Service, you represent that you are not located in, and are not a national or resident of, a country subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United Nations, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or Hong Kong, and that you are not on any list of restricted parties maintained by those authorities. You also agree not to use the Service in connection with the design, production, or use of weapons of mass destruction, or for any other unlawful purpose.
Listings on Robolist.ai cover commercial robotics products from many jurisdictions, including products that may be subject to dual-use export controls. Robolist.ai does not classify or license export-controlled goods. Any procurement, investment, or partnership decision based on Service content remains your responsibility, including obtaining any required licences, end-user undertakings, or government approvals.
Section 14
Third-Party Services, Beta Features & Infringement Notices
The Service relies on third-party providers — for example payment processing, transactional email, identity providers, AI inference, and analytics. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Where a third party causes the Service to interrupt, we will use reasonable efforts to restore it, but we are not liable for downtime caused by a third party operating outside our reasonable control.
We sometimes ship features marked “beta”, “preview”, or “experimental”. Beta features are made available as-is, may change without notice, may be withdrawn, and are not covered by any service-level commitment. Do not rely on them in mission-critical workflows.
News aggregation. The Service surfaces robotics-industry news on /news by aggregating publicly available headlines and short summaries (one to two sentences, derived from each article's own meta description or its publicly indexed preview) from third-party outlets such as IEEE Spectrum, The Robot Report, Science Robotics, Reuters, Bloomberg, and similar publications. Every entry displays the publisher's name and links directly to the original article on the publisher's own website; we do not iframe, reproduce, or mirror full articles. Headlines, summaries, outlet logos, and trademarks shown on this page remain the property of their respective publishers and are used here under fair use / fair dealing for the purposes of indexing and commentary. Publishers who prefer not to be aggregated on Robolist.ai can contact support@robolist.ai and we will remove their outlet from the feed within a reasonable period.
If you believe content on Robolist.ai infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right, send a notice to support@robolist.ai including: (a) identification of the protected work, (b) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing content, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised, and (e) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder. Counter-notices follow the same format. We will respond promptly and may remove content while we evaluate the notice. Accounts we determine to be repeat infringers will be terminated.
Section 15
General Provisions
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet or utility outages, denial-of-service attacks, or pandemic-related restrictions. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
Severability. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to give the closest enforceable effect to the original intent.
No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive future enforcement. Waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative.
Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of the assets of 67lab Limited, with notice to you.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms or order forms, are the entire agreement between you and Robolist.ai about the Service and supersede any prior understanding.
Notice. Formal notice to you is delivered by email to the address on your account or, where no account exists, by posting on this page. Notice to us must be sent to support@robolist.ai, with a copy by post to 67lab Limited, Hong Kong, where physical service is required by law.
Informal resolution before claim. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us with the details and to negotiate in good faith for at least 30 days. Most disputes resolve at this stage and the cool-down period saves both sides time and cost.
