Overview

Guardian S is a versatile snake robot capable of traversing challenging terrain to inspect industrial facilities and hazardous environments. It can slither, roll over, and climb metal surfaces using magnetized body segments. The robot transmits two-way video, audio, and sensor data to a remote operator and can be customized with various sensors including gas detectors, vibration sensors, and thermal imaging cameras for applications in inspection, hazmat situations, search and rescue, and bomb squad operations.
