Overview
HTV-X is a next-generation space station supply vehicle that can be docked with the International Space Station for up to 6 months to transport cargo. After undocking from the ISS, it continues autonomous flight for up to 1.5 years while conducting various technology verification missions. The HTV-X1 is scheduled to complete its technology verification phase in approximately 3 months after ISS separation.
