Overview
Eine 5-achsige kooperative Schweißplattform, die für hochpräzise, wiederholbare Schweißnähte konzipiert ist. Sie verfügt über einen Faserlaser mit einem eigenen Wasserkühlsystem, der das kontinuierliche Schweißen, Spot-Schweißen, Füge-Schweißen und Dichtungsschweißen unterstützt. Die Plattform hat eine starre Struktur mit hoher Wiederholbarkeit und einer mehr Freiheitsgrade Verarbeitungsfähigkeit, die die XYZ-Linienachse mit Dreh-/Oszillationsachse kombiniert. Sie ist mit einer leistungsstarken Laserquelle (1500W–3000W) ausgestattet und kann Edelstahl, Aluminium, Kupfer und mehr mit einer hohen Positionsgenauigkeit von ±0,02mm schweißen.
