Overview
HAL is a powered exoskeleton that assists people with limited mobility in daily activities and rehabilitation. It can magnify the strength of the user by a factor of 10 and is equipped with two control systems: one based on bio-electrical signals from the brain and nervous system, and another based on AI algorithms. HAL intercepts muscle signals and moves the user's limbs to assist with mobility and walking recovery.
