Overview
EASE is a small hovering robot designed for operating in close quarters where wireless and GPS signals are limited. The robot features a microfilament tether that provides constant power and data connectivity to a base station, enabling virtually unlimited flying time. Applications include surveillance, search and rescue, and infrastructure inspection. EASE can fly into buildings through windows and is equipped with high-definition video cameras, thermal infrared camera, and advanced sensors for autonomous indoor flight.
