Overview
A 5-axis collaborative welding platform designed for high-precision, repeatable welds. It features a fiber laser with an independent water cooling system, supporting continuous welding, spot welding, splicing welding, and sealing welding. The platform has a rigid structure with high repeatability and multi-degree-of-freedom processing capability, combining XYZ linear axis with rotary/oscillating axis. It is equipped with a high-power laser source (1500W–3000W) and is capable of welding stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and more with ±0.02mm high positioning accuracy.
