The CP20 Cobot Palletizer is an end-of-line collaborative robot system designed for automated palletizing of cartons, boxes, bags, and cases. It is built to reduce manual labor, improve workplace safety, and boost operational efficiency in small to medium-sized factories. The system features a collaborative robot arm from KEBA (Austria), Inovance servo motors, Panasonic sensors, and Meanwell power supply, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm. It supports stacking two different carton sizes simultaneously on dual-pallet stations and includes laser radar for safe, cage-free operation.
