HT-22-1000 Pallet Jack

Overview

The HT-22-1000 is a differential-drive autonomous forklift AGV designed to handle standard and European pallets up to 1000 kg payload. It uses SLAM navigation (with optional QR code), 360-degree laser safety scanning, and closed-loop servo control. Connectivity includes DI, RS485, CAN OPEN, VIN, HDMI, WiFi, USB, and UWB. The robot can interface with MES and ERP systems and supports automatic fast charging for NCM lithium batteries. It includes an emergency stop button, obstacle detection sensors, and collision avoidance. Ground requirements include >500kg/m² bearing capacity and slopes under 5%.
