Overview

Momaro is a mobile manipulation robot designed to carry out sensing and manipulation tasks in disaster sites and other harsh environments. It features advanced teleoperation capabilities, omnidirectional driving, hybrid driving-stepping locomotion, and dexterous manipulation. The robot competed in the DARPA Robotics Challenge, finishing in fourth place. It utilizes low-cost design principles with off-the-shelf components and 3D-printed parts.
