Overview

KUAVO 3.0 is an advanced humanoid robot developed by Leju Robotics, designed to excel in mobility, adaptability, and embodied intelligence for a wide range of commercial, industrial, and research applications. Standing approximately human-sized, KUAVO 3.0 features 26 degrees of freedom with 14 DOF in the arms and 12 DOF in the legs, powered by self-developed high-torque joints capable of delivering up to 360 Nm torque and running at 150 rpm. The robot supports omnidirectional bipedal walking at speeds up to 4.6 km/h and can traverse diverse terrains such as sand, grass, and obstacles, even performing jumps up to 20 cm high. It integrates Huawei’s KaihongOS, based on the open-source OpenHarmony system, enabling open-source motion control with trajectory planning, feedback control, and state estimation. KUAVO 3.0 leverages AI large models, including Huawei’s Pangu embodied intelligence, for rapid learning, adaptive behavior, and personalized interaction.
