Addverb's Mother-Child Shuttle Multi-Pro is a versatile shuttle-based Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) that is ideal for multi-deep pallet storage requirements and enables handling of large numbers of SKUs. Multi-Pro comprises of a mother shuttle that runs perpendicular to storage lanes and launches a child shuttle which accesses the storage lanes to store and retrieve pallets. It serves as an intermediate buffer between production and dispatch. It supports pallet sequencing, storage, and cold storage operations down to -30°C. The system uses a barcode reader for aisle navigation, WiFi communication (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz), and achieves a positioning accuracy of 2 mm. The mother shuttle reaches a maximum speed of 3 m/s and 1.1 m/s, with a self weight of 930 kg and a max payload of 1000 kg. Throughput is 73 pallets per hour for a 30m track. It is CE certified and powered by 415 V 3 Phase AC. Variants include 0812, 1012, 1212, and 1214.
