Does paying move a rank?
No. No payment, claim or verification of any kind moves a RoboScore or a rank.
Where do the numbers come from?
Each round's own announcement, makers' own pages, customer and press announcements, public tender awards, and maker declarations.
What if a company has no evidence on file?
Absence of evidence is recorded as unknown, not as a failure. The report lists what was not found.
