Delta - 2

Overview

Delta-2 is a high speed robot for picking and sorting of items from conveyor belts. It features carbon fiber arms for reduced moment of inertia, integrated machine vision, and multiple gripper options to handle items ranging from 2 mm to 250 mm in size. The system achieves a cycle time of 0.5 seconds and can pick up to 100 parts per minute with a low power consumption of under 500 watts.
