Overview

The Yunji RUN is an intelligent delivery robot designed for hospitality environments such as hotels. Its primary functions include delivering items to guest rooms, lobby reception, guiding guests to destinations, and broadcasting announcements. The robot features autonomous elevator operation, automatic phone call notification upon arrival, and auto recharging. It uses SLAM-based navigation and obstacle avoidance to move stably in complex environments while protecting guest privacy and enabling contactless service. It can be customized with a name, voice, and uniform.
