Overview
The core function of the visual positioning laser marking machine is to calibrate product features through visual imaging and perform laser marking, enabling fast positioning. The CCD vision laser marking machine adopts the principle of visual positioning: first, create a template for the product, determine the reference points of the product, and save it as a standard template. During normal processing, the product to be processed is photographed; the computer compares it with the calibrated template to accurately identify the marking position, and after adjustment, precise processing of the product can be realized. Using the CCD vision positioning laser marking machine can effectively reduce phenomena such as missing marking, marking deviation, and inconsistent marking positions. It allows random feeding, achieving precise positioning and perfect marking, greatly improving marking efficiency. Aiming at the problems of difficult feeding, poor positioning, and slow speed caused by the difficulty in designing and manufacturing fixtures in batch irregular marking, the CCD camera marking solves them by using an external camera to capture feature points in real-time. It can mark multiple products at one time and realize automatic feeding on the assembly line without using fixtures, which can significantly reduce manual participation and improve work efficiency.
