The UR18 is a smaller heavy-duty cobot from Universal Robots with an 18kg payload and 950mm reach. It’s designed for automating tasks such as material handling, machine tending, and packaging, ensuring safe collaboration between humans and machines. With a 6-degree-of-freedom rotating joint system, it offers high precision (±0.05 mm repeatability) and flexibility in small areas. The robot is certified to EN ISO 13849-1 (PLd Category 3), EN ISO 10218-1, and UL1740 standards, making it suitable for industrial applications.
