Mazor Robotics developed robotic guidance systems for spine surgery, including the Renaissance system launched in 2011 and Mazor X in 2016. Over 200 systems were in clinical use across four continents, guiding more than 250,000 implants in 40,000 procedures to enable minimally invasive spine surgery. The company was acquired by Medtronic in 2018 and systems are now integrated into Medtronic's offerings.
