Overview
Locomation Fahrzeuge sind selbstfahrende LKWs, die mit Sensoren, Computern und einem Lenksystem ausgestattet sind, das es ihnen ermöglicht, als Kavallerie zu fahren und einem von Menschen geführten Führungsfahrzeug zu folgen. Auf diese Weise können sie wesentlich größere Entfernungen zurücklegen, ohne anzuhalten zu müssen. Fahrer wechseln ab, das Kavallerie zu führen oder im Schlafbereich zu ruhen, was die Personalkosten und den Kraftstoffverbrauch reduziert.
