Overview

The TEFUDE TFD-RD4 series is a family of intelligent 4-axis parallel (delta) robots designed for high-speed pick-and-place operations, particularly in food packaging, biscuit handling, and snack food packaging. The robots feature a robust stainless steel frame, high-precision components, and 3+1 axis configuration (three linear axes plus a rotational R-axis). They are optimized for confined spaces, offering high cycle rates, repeatable precision, and low maintenance. The series includes models TFD-RD4-600A, 800A, 1200A, and 1600A with varying payloads, working diameters, and cycle times. These robots are widely used in sorting, boxing, cartoning, and material handling applications across industries such as bakery, beverage, daily chemical, hardware, frozen food, and PCB manufacturing.
