Overview
The TNN-Z is a 4-axis SCARA industrial robot designed for high-speed electronic manufacturing and assembly tasks. It features a 500mm arm length (200mm J1 + 300mm J2), a 5kg rated load (10kg max), and a repeatability of ±0.01mm. This electric-drive robot is tabletop mounted and achieves a standard cycle time of 0.35 seconds, making it suitable for pick-and-place, material handling, and light assembly in the automotive, electronics, food, metal fabrication, and pharmaceutical industries. It comes with a 26-pin DB connector for user I/O (7 outputs, 6 inputs) and 3 air cylinder ports. The robot is controlled via continuous path control mode and can be customized.
