Overview

An automatic robot and stacker is today the most efficient way of palletizing piece goods onto pallets of any size and removing them from pallets. The palletizing operation can be easily robotized, as it is a series of sequentially repeated operations of the same type that can be easily written in a palletizing robot program. The stacker robot can be easily reprogrammed and reconfigured not only from one stacking scheme to another, but also from one type of product to another, if the grip and lifting capacity allows. Palletizing robots are absolutely universal in this respect. The work of the stacking robot involves picking up goods from a feeding conveyor and placing them according to the palletizing scheme. After stacking a predetermined number of objects, the pallets are moved further along the conveyor to an automated pallet wrapper.
