Overview
The M series robot is a Carton Transfer Unit (CTU) developed for the 3C industry. It supports omnidirectional panning, diagonal and arc motion. It delivers totes to flow racks beside production lines and docks with lineside buffer pallet racks. The robot uses visual texture navigation (V-SLAM) or 2D barcode or L-SLAM, features 360° laser obstacle detection, and supports high-precision lifting with a minimum docking height of 260 mm. It can be customized with clamping assemblies, lifting telescopic forks, and composite assemblies for roller and clamping docking.
