Overview
The GOJON GP-20E is a fully automated collaborative palletizing robot designed for high-efficiency box and bag stacking. It features a simplified structure, convenient maintenance, and is marketed as a collaborative robot (cobot) for palletizing applications. Key specifications include a 20 kg payload, 1800-1880 mm arm span, and a palletizing speed of 8-12 cycles per minute. It uses a KEBA robot controller, Huichuan servo motors, and various electrical components from Siemens, Delta, and others. The system is designed for easy setup (1 hour installation) and quick recipe changeovers (5 minutes). It supports up to 800+ palletizing tracks and can handle two different box types simultaneously.
