Overview
Rosie is a research robot designed to undertake many household chores that humans hate to do. It features four-fingered hands, an omnidirectional mobile base, and a wide variety of sensors including high-resolution cameras, thermal camera, laser scanners, and Microsoft Kinect. Equipped with compliant arms and hands, Rosie is capable of performing tasks such as autonomously making pancakes and preparing sausages in a realistic kitchen lab setting.
