Movers

Companies ranked by Momentum — a 0–100 score built only from real public events, never from how many outlets ran a story. Each row shows the events that earned it. Attributed by subject, not whoever's named in the headline. On a standing the same signal converts to at most 15 rank points, so the smaller figure there is this one expressed in the units a board is ordered by.

How the index works

01
Track every event

We classify robotics news into real events — funding, launches, deployments, partnerships, M&A, IPOs and recalls — across the companies in our directory.

02
Dedupe to one

A raise covered by 20 outlets is one event, not 20. We cluster by company and type within a 72-hour window and count distinct outlets as the corroboration signal.

03
Attribute the subject

The event is credited to the company it's about — the one raising or being acquired — never an investor, partner or customer merely named in the headline.

04
Chart the volume

Deduped events are counted each week and tracked over time, so the industry heartbeat is visible at a glance and every reading traces back to its sources.

What it measures: corroborated real-world events we detected and deduplicated — every number here can be checked against the movers above. It reflects genuine industry activity and our coverage of it, so read week-over-week movement as a signal, not a census of the entire industry.
