Overview
The Raintech Industrial Robot Welding Robot Arm Arc Welding Robot Station with Vision System is a single-machine intelligent welding workstation primarily used for robot-automated welding of various steel structure fillet welds. It meets the welding requirements of fillet welds such as H-shaped steel structures and diaphragms. The workstation includes a control system, ground-track walking mechanism, arc welding robot, welding power source and cooling water tank, intelligent welding vision system, water-cooled welding gun, and a gun cleaning station. It supports welding seam forms like straight flat fillet welds, flat folding fillet welds, fillet welds in the vertical position, and corner wrapping welding (excluding multi-layer and multi-pass). The system is designed for stable operation over two shifts per day with reliable accuracy and robust construction.
