Overview

The DOBOT E6 ROS Mobile Platform integrates a DOBOT Magician E6 robotic arm with a mobile chassis. It enables object recognition, localization, grasping, and transportation tasks, supporting vision-based mobile grasping experiments for indoor robots. The platform supports SLAM mapping, intelligent obstacle avoidance, autonomous navigation, path planning, deep vision AI recognition, and vision-based mobile grasping. The mobile chassis has dimensions up to 520x520x350mm, weighs up to 25kg, and supports a maximum payload of 50kg. Battery life is at least 6 hours without load and over 2 hours with load. Navigation accuracy is ±5cm, and maximum speed is at least 0.5m/s. It features dual LiDAR, configurable 2D/3D cameras, and an industrial PC with ROS communication for custom development.
