Overview
The shell making manipulator adopts the structure of rotating disc type four stations (loading and unloading station, dip pulp station, drop pulp station and sand pouring station), and four stations work independently at the same time. Each station is equipped with rotation, swing and lifting action of the mold shell to ensure the smooth completion of loading and unloading, dipping pulp, dripping pulp and sand spraying operations. The rotary table rotates 1/4 times, namely completes the loading and unloading, dipping pulp, dropping pulp, and sand spraying operations of the two mold shells. The design of this structure improves the production efficiency of the single-arm shell making manipulator by 4 times. The operating parameters of loading and unloading, slurry dipping, slurry dripping and sand spraying at each station can be set and modified through the touch screen on the external control box, and the procedures of operating parameters set by different die shells can be saved for the next production of the same product. The operation of loading and unloading mold shell adopts manual loading and unloading mode, that is, dipping pulp, dropping pulp and sand pouring are completed automatically by the manipulator of shell making, and finally the mold shell is removed and hung on the drying line by the worker. This kind of shell - making manipulator can be used with all kinds of drying line. Loading and unloading mold shell operation can also be made by the auxiliary mechanical arm to complete, that is, by the auxiliary mechanical arm to complete from the drying line to the shell making mechanical arm automatic shell hanging, when the mold shell to complete the dip pulp, dripping pulp, sand action and then by the auxiliary mechanical arm after the shell hanging back to the drying line. Manipulator control panel includes password input window, main menu, operation instructions, partial parameter setting interface, and fault query interface.
