Overview

This is a contour-following, fully automatic car cleaning machine (model CF200-F) that uses high-pressure water and foam spray to wash vehicles without brushes. It is designed for commercial car wash operations, featuring a Siemens/Panasonic PLC control system, German P+F ultrasonic sensors for 3-dimensional detection, and a 10MPa plunger pump. It consumes 90-140L of water per wash and 0.5-1.2 kWh of electricity per car, with a wash cycle of 3-8 minutes. The system is fixed in place and intended for touchless car cleaning.
