Overview
The HC20DTP is a robust six-axis collaborative robot from Yaskawa Motoman, designed for easy-to-clean environments with an IP67 rating and NSF H1 food-grade grease. It features Power and Force Limiting (PFL) technology for collaborative operation at speeds up to 1,000 mm/s without extra safety features, and can operate at up to 2,000 mm/s in non-collaborative mode. Key applications include assembly, machine tending, material handling, palletizing, and pick and pack. It offers hand-guided teaching, a thru-arm Category 6 cable for tooling communication, and is compatible with YRC1000 and YRC1000micro controllers and Smart Pendant programming.
