Overview
The KZ-1200D Spider Packer is a high-speed flexible parallel robot (Delta robot) system designed for automatic grasping, unscrambling, sorting, handling, and carton packing of bagged products. It features a self-designed parallel robot (matching WSC-1200D) for high-speed grasping, ensuring product stability. The machine has precise, compact structure with few spare parts, low maintenance, and a small footprint. Control is via handheld demonstrator, standard buttons, and signal switch. The system includes a KEBA control system and teaching pendant, HUI CHUAN servo motors, and SMC/AirTAC pneumatic components. It is widely used in pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, and food industries.
