The Jungheinrich EAC 212a is an autonomous mobile robot designed for high-lift transport tasks in logistics and production environments. It handles pallets and stillages at floor storage locations, conveyor systems, or buffer lanes, and can integrate with automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS). With a load capacity of up to 1,200 kg and travel speed up to 6 km/h, it uses contour-based navigation with LiDAR sensors, eliminating the need for artificial landmarks or structural modifications. AI-based 3D pallet detection compensates for positional deviations up to ±100 mm and torsion of ±10°, ensuring robust operation in mixed environments with manual processes. The vehicle features a 360° safety sensor system and is VDA 5050 compatible for easy integration into higher-level control systems. Market launch is scheduled for the second half of 2026.
