The Jungheinrich EAC 212a is an autonomous mobile robot designed for high-lift transport tasks in logistics and production environments. With a load capacity of up to 1,200 kg and travel speed up to 6 km/h, it uses contour-based navigation with LiDAR sensors, eliminating the need for artificial landmarks or structural modifications. AI-based 3D pallet detection compensates for positional deviations up to ±100 mm and torsion of ±10°, ensuring robust operation in mixed environments with manual processes. The vehicle features a 360° safety sensor system and is VDA 5050 compatible for easy integration into higher-level control systems. Market launch is scheduled for the second half of 2026.
