RB-Y1

Overview

The RB-Y1 is a dual-arm mobile manipulator mounted on a wheel-based, high-speed mobile platform, designed for versatile operational environments. This robot platform leverages actuators commonly used in collaborative robots and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) to achieve precision and reliability suitable for industrial settings. Equipped with 24 degrees of freedom, including 7 per arm, 6 in the legs, and 1 per wheel, the RB-Y1 offers advanced mobility and manipulation capabilities. The robot features whole-body control across 20 axes for safe center of gravity management, and it supports master-slave teaching for multi-axis motion creation. Additional safety measures include self-collision zones to prevent arm collisions during operation. The RB-Y1 represents a significant advancement in mobile manipulation technology, catering to a wide range of industrial applications.
