Overview
Remora is the first fully autonomous submarine robot designed to clean and inspect fish farming pens. It washes the net during daily trips, scans the entire net, and collects environmental data from all depths of the pen, including continuous hole detection via the Remora Insight platform. The robot prevents biofouling, improves fish welfare by increasing water flow and oxygen content while reducing infection pressure, and simplifies operations through automated data collection for preventative maintenance.
