The TMINI Miniature Robotic System is a handheld, wireless robotic platform from THINK Surgical for total knee arthroplasty. From a CT-based 3D surgical plan, its wireless handpiece automatically compensates for the surgeon’s hand movement to place bone pins along precisely defined planes. TMINI uses an open implant library, letting surgeons choose knee implants from multiple orthopedic companies on one platform. It received FDA 510(k) clearance in 2023, with a TMINI 1.1 update following, and has been used in more than 500 knee procedures in the US.
