Overview
The TY-F-09-Z-2-1 is a 6-axis collaborative welding robot integrated into a mobile cart with lockable casters. It features an integrated chiller, supports MIG/MAG (optional TIG) welding, and uses drag teaching for programming. Designed for safe human-robot collaboration without safety fencing, it offers ±0.02mm repeatability and is suited for heavy-duty industrial welding applications such as steel structures, pressure vessels, bridges, and shipbuilding. Configurable with various welding power sources.
