The WKG series three-axis single-arm single-section robotic arm is a Cartesian-style linear robot designed for injection molding machine automation. Offered in WKG-900 and WKG-1000 variants, it suits 150T-250T injection molding machines for rapid part pick-up, placement and transport. Built from high-strength aluminum alloy with a modular, lubrication-free design, it delivers high-precision three-axis servo motion with repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.5mm and a maximum load of 8-12kg. The compact, lightweight frame (net weight ~250kg) minimizes floor space. It is equipped with a self-developed control system supporting PLC programming and touch-screen operation, and is compatible with multiple injection molding machine brands for seamless integration.
