Overview
The ZMD-2010A-GG-12DG is a 6-axis vertical joint industrial welding robot from ZMDE. It is designed for MIG welding of H/T beam accessory plates in the steel structure, assembly building, bridge engineering, and shipyard industries. The robot features an innovative hollow structure with built-in welding cables for operation in tight spaces, a maximum reach of 1598mm, a 6kg payload, and a repeatability of ±0.08mm. It is part of a complete welding system including a TRM602W anti-collision welding torch, Megmeet Dex2500MPR welding power supply, ZMD6100A-12 ground rail, CypTronic Pro-E intelligent system, BCW600P laser vision sensor, BRW2.0V arc welding process software package, and CypWeidV2.0 offline programming software.
