Teleoperated humanoid robots for remote presence and task automation.

Anybots was a robotics company founded by Trevor Blackwell (Y Combinator co-founder) that developed teleoperated humanoid robots. The company built Monty, a dexterous teleoperated humanoid robot controlled via wearable sensors, and QB, a remote presence robot that allowed operators to see, speak, and interact with people at remote locations over the Internet. Anybots aimed to commercialize robots for home and office automation tasks.
