Overview

The Crab 3000 is a steering wheel AGV designed as a universal chassis for applications such as robot arm AMRs and SMT magazine transfer AMRs. It features a proprietary SLAM navigation system for trackless guidance, with mature fleet control and task control UI. The robot surveys its path to form a navigation map and compares real-time environmental data to calculate its location, speed, and moving angles. It supports multiple navigation methods including magnetic tape, magnetic nail, QR code, laser, and SLAM. The AGV can move forward, backward, turn left and right, and perform 90/180-degree rotation or pivot. It has a positioning accuracy of ±10mm (±5mm customization), supports multi-AGV linkage, automatic elevator interoperability, and self-charging including wireless charging. Triple safety protection includes laser obstacle avoidance, front/rear bumpers, and emergency stop buttons.
