Overview
The FT1500A is an unmanned forklift AGV pallet stacker from Zhongjiang Robot, designed for indoor cargo transport and warehouse automation. It features fourth-generation vision navigation technology alongside GPS, LiDAR, and multi-sensor fusion for precise positioning. The robot offers a customizable load capacity from 100kg to 2000kg (≤3 ton max), 360° protection with obstacle avoidance, and supports automatic charging. It is equipped with a fleet management system (IMES) for task allocation, warehouse management, and monitoring. Safety features include emergency stop, collision protection, and audio/visual alerts. The robot is built on proprietary control algorithms, navigation algorithms, and a scheduling system from the ROBOCON champion team.
