Overview
The GOJON-RCL is an industrial palletizing robot system designed for warehousing and logistics operations. It utilizes a Kawasaki 180 high-speed special palletizing manipulator arm, integrated with a 3D vision automatic recognition system for carton identification and stack pattern generation. The system features automatic size changeover within 8 seconds, high-speed stacking cycles, and a heavy-duty frame. It is suited for carton and bale palletizing in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and general manufacturing industries. The robot gripper, driven by a servo motor, can handle one or two products per cycle, and the base uses a 30mm high-strength steel plate for quick installation without foundation work.
