Overview

The Success line by Sepro is a range of 3 and 5-axis universal robots designed for injection molding machine (IMM) side-entry automation. These robots are engineered for pick-and-place of plastic parts and sprues, offering a balance of performance, reliability, and economy. Available for IMMs from 60 to 3000 tons, the Success series features a redesigned mechanical platform for increased rigidity and more compact dimensions. Key specifications include variable payload capacities depending on the variant, horizontal strokes ranging from 1000 mm to 10 meters, and maximum instantaneous speeds of up to 3 m/s (vertical). The robots are controlled by Sepro's intuitive Touch 2 system for simple cycles or the more advanced Visual 2/Visual 4 systems for complex cell integration.
