Overview
The PUDU D9 is Pudu Robotics' first full-sized bipedal humanoid robot, standing at 1.70 meters tall and weighing 65 kg. It features 42 degrees of freedom across its joints and a maximum joint torque of 352 Nm, allowing for human-like movement and dexterous manipulation using its PUDU DH11 hands. The robot's mobility is enhanced by a visual semantic navigation system that enables real-time 3D mapping and autonomous route planning for obstacle navigation and terrain adaptation. Designed for practical applications, the PUDU D9 can walk at speeds of up to 2 meters per second, navigate stairs and slopes, and perform tasks such as warehouse unloading and cleaning. Its robotic arms, with 7 degrees of freedom each, provide a payload capacity of over 20 kg, making it suitable for a range of tasks that require precision and adaptability. Advanced reinforcement learning algorithms allow it to learn from human demonstrations and improve task efficiency over time. The PUDU D9 is built for seamless human-robot interaction, incorporating high-precision visual, tactile, force, and auditory sensors to enable responsive and natural communication.
