Overview
Jiajia is the first humanoid robot to come out of China, developed by researchers at the University of Science and Technology of China. It features incredibly realistic skin and can sync its lip movements perfectly with speech while producing subtle facial expressions. Researchers spent three years developing Jiajia, and its human-like appearance was modeled after five students from USTC. Designed primarily for social interactions and robotics research, the robot is stationary and focused on realistic human-like appearance and communication.
