Overview

The K2 Bumblebee is a commercially available hybrid-architecture humanoid robot designed for industrial integration. It features a hybrid serial-parallel design combining roller screw linear actuators with rotary actuators, providing enhanced stability and extended operating life. The robot achieves up to 81.3% energy efficiency, allowing for up to eight hours of operation on a single charge. It is capable of executing a straight-knee bipedal gait, agile navigation, and obstacle avoidance in complex environments. With a dual-arm payload capacity of up to 30 kg, the K2 Bumblebee is suitable for carrying, loading, and unloading tasks. It also incorporates a layered (VLA+) model to process semantic commands, enabling accurate execution of tasks including sorting, assembly, and guided tours.
