Overview
This AGV is specially designed for SMT magazine rack transfer in electronics assembly lines. It transports PCB racks to machines, retrieves empty PCB racks, and transfers full materials. The AGV can move forward, backward, left and right, and sideways. It supports QR code, laser, and SLAM navigation (optional), with a navigation stop accuracy of ±10mm (customizable to ±5mm). It features multiple AGV linkage, elevator integration for multi-floor operation, wireless charging, and triple safety protection (laser obstacle avoidance sensor, front/rear bumper protection, front/rear emergency stop button). It can interface with WMS and MES systems.
