The Unity CM Series Delta Robot is a fully automatic, high-speed parallel robot designed specifically for strawberry calyx removal in food processing lines. It integrates a vision system for precise positioning and a robotic cutting unit with food-grade blades. The system includes a water washing unit for preliminary cleaning and achieves throughput of 860-1200 kg/hour. It is part of a larger automated production line that handles continuous feeding, cutting, and cleaning without manual intervention, significantly reducing labor costs and improving hygiene compared to manual or semi-automatic methods.
